Randall & Aubin was established as a butcher’s shop in 1911 selling only the best produce, very quickly becoming one of the finest butchers in town. For the past 20 years, the celebrated and much loved restaurant Randall & Aubin continues in that same tradition of excellence serving the freshest seafood, mouthwatering and succulent rotisserie meats with premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers where possible.
After an international search, co-founders renowned Chef Ed Baines and businessman Jamie Poulton felt Manchester was without doubt, the perfect place for their new home. The positivity and entrepreneurial energy of the city, the warm, welcoming community, the culinary interest towards food and the enthusiasm for a great night out attracts and suits the Randall & Aubin brand.
Ed believes that good food is about good cooking with nowhere to hide. He said:
The approach to dining at Randall & Aubin is ‘everything for everyone’. We serve hearty premium dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Honest food, honest cooking celebrating premium ingredients and cooking them well. Everything we do we make from scratch using traditional methods. The majority of the meats cooked at Randall & Aubin are either grilled or cooked on the rotisserie to make it as succulent as possible. Sunday will always be celebrated with prime rotisserie beef served in a traditional way, it is the finest beef to be found in Britain.
