A magical festive forest awaits visitors to the Artisan Market at Heaton Fold Garden Centre this Sunday.

A marquee filled with a display of Christmas trees will be open for shoppers to walk around on the day and for visitors to the garden centre in the run up to Christmas.

Fresh wreaths, festive pots and a range of Christmas decorative items and gifts are also in stock.

Around 20 producers and suppliers will be at the market. Goods on offer include handmade jams and chutneys; freshly made pizza; chocolates; speciality cakes and biscuits, along with bespoke home furnishings, crafts and jewellery.

And for every purchase from the artisan traders, shoppers will receive a free raffle ticket for entry into a draw to win a hamper of goodies.

The market takes place every third Sunday of the month at Heaton Fold Garden Centre, on Overdale Drive, off Chorley New Road, from 10am to 4pm.

For further information or to enquire about joining future markets, contact Brian Hood, Signature Soaps, on 07888 845112 or e-mail [email protected].

Free parking is available on site and dogs on leads are also welcome. The garden centre will also be open until 8pm every Thursday until December 21 for late night shopping.
