As spring and March is peeking around the corner (where is 2018 going?), I’d like to ask, how are your fitness goals are coming along? If it’s taking you a while to get warmed up, hang on in there. What is FitFest Oxford, I hear you enquire?

FitFest Oxford is a brand new fitness and well-being festival that will take place in Oxfordshire on April 21 2018. FitFest Oxford will feature classes, workshops, healthy cooking demos, shows and well-known brands.

FitFest Oxford will be Oxfordshire’s largest Fitness and Wellness Festival where you can find a schedule of talks and workshops with influential speakers, new and innovative fitness classes, live cooking and beauty demonstrations, fitness-wear fashion shows, a pop-up marketplace as well as FitFest Oxford Throwdown and the FitFest Oxford Boxing Fight Night.

FitFest Oxford is an annual, one-day event, which will be kicking off on Saturday 21 April 2018 at The Oxford Academy. author, nutritionist and BBC commentator Julie Montagu will be headlining a programme of speakers and partners include the global yoga gurus Lulu Lemon, Revital, David Lloyd Clubs, Pho and Heck Foods.

During the day there will be around 45 fitness classes to choose from, motivational expert talks, fitness and wellness talks and full access to the ‘Fit and Well’ marketplace, with up to 80 fitness, wellness and beauty brands.

For those wanting to try out the latest classes there is Groove Aerobics, Clubbercise (glowsticks included), TRI to the Beat, SH’BAM, Pound, Yoga Barre and Aerotone.

FitFest Oxford was founded by a group of friends who all share a common passion for all things fitness and wellness. They put their ideas together to create a must-visit event that would inspire, motivate and educate like-minded individuals all under one roof.

Paige Stead, one of the founders of FitFest Oxford said: “Our dream was to create a must-visit event that would inspire, motivate and educate like-minded individuals all under one roof. Visitors will be able to learn, taste, sample and experience everything that the industry has to offer.”
