(and it’s even better than before).

What happens when you combine expert pie making skills with the best bits about brunch, then add brimfuls of bubbles, Bloody Marys, Mimosas and spritz’?  You get Pieminister’s take on a boozy, breakfasty lunch that’ll leave you wondering why pies aren’t as synonymous with brunching as eggs.

Last year, Pieminister’s bottomless brunch built up quite a following (who doesn’t crave a decent pie and a Bloody Mary the morning after the night before?). And with three delicious new brunch pies for 2019 – all for £20 – you’ll definitely want to book in advance so you don’t miss out.  Especially as it’s £20 all-in!

The new Morning Glory brunch pie is a crisp pastry crust filled with free range British sausage and bacon in a cheesy béchamel sauce topped with beaten baked egg.

The Vegan Banger is almost the same but meat and dairy-free with succulent red onion and rosemary sausages and vegan cheese instead. There’s also a veggie version, the Sunny Pie Up.  All three brunch pies are piled high with garlic potatoes, crispy kale and roast vine tomatoes, with fresh gremolata sauce and a side serving of smoky baked beans. As a nice little extra, ask for your pie to be speared with a stick of halloumi, pigs in blankets (free range and British of course) or vegan sausages.

There’s a gluten-free version too. Bangin’ Bean is an indulgent comforting combination of baked beans, halloumi, egg & melted cheddar baked in a cast-iron skillet and topped with garlic potatoes, crispy kale & vine tomatoes. Again, dressed with the same zesty, herby gremolata.

Happening every other Saturday, with Bank Holiday Sundays thrown in for good measure, you can book a 90minute slot from 11am to 5pm (so the last slot starts at 3.30pm).
