Six, the rooftop restaurant and bar at Trent Bridge, has launched a new take on Sunday lunch inspired by Michelin-Star Chef Tom Sellers.

The new selection includes a salt-aged sirloin of beef accompanied by lemon and horseradish bone marrow, heritage carrots, summer greens, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding.

“We wanted to take a step towards a more traditional Sunday lunch while adding our own flair in keeping with the spirit of Six,” said Head Chef Richard Leckie.

“We’re thankful to Tom Sellers and his team who have supported us in developing a new menu which we’re proud to serve to Nottingham.”

Diners may also opt for a traditional pork main course or venture off-piste with Cornish cod or summer vegetable risotto.

New starters include a rabbit terrine with tarragon and pickled carrot, whilst a dark chocolate delice, cherry & almond tart and lemon posset compete for the attention of dessert-lovers.

Sunday service at six runs from 12pm-4pm with the bar and terrace remaining open until 7pm. Secure your table at restaurantsix.co.uk or call 0115 6717666 now.
